Description:  This is a beautiful half section in Graham County, Kansas, that lies just south of the Brush Creek drainage area and is currently all in native grass. It features a 4-wire barbwire fence around the entire boundary, and cattle are watered with an electric submersible well. There is a catch pen in the northwest corner of the property. The grass has not been overgrazed and is currently under a blanket of wet snow that will get it growing next spring. The farm has nearly 82 acres of former cropland that still carries 100% base for future FSA farm program payments. There are also two continually producing oil wells on the property, and the owners will transfer their interest in these wells to the new buyer.
