Description: This is a very rare opportunity to own a highly productive, tiled, and terraced, irrigated farm right in Johnson County, NE. This farm has been in the Fritz family for over 60 years. This sale includes the water well, Reinke Electrogator II, 6 tower super swing-arm corner center pivot with energy saver, ONTRAC GPS communication package, Inject-O-Meter fertilizer pump, Micrometer flow meter with vanes, Iveco 6 cylinder diesel engine, 1,000 gallon fuel tank, and weather protection shed. It also includes 3 Nelson stationary big guns and the 4\" pipe used to irrigate the very southeast corner of the farm. All the irrigation equipment was installed new in 2014. Due to well construction issues, Sargent Irrigation re-drilled a completely new well in 2016.
