This farm is lightly terraced, lays nearly flat and has 143.10 base acres as reported by the FSA. Very rich Wymore silty clay loam covers the entire piece from head to toe. The Natural Resource Conservation Service rates this farm’s soil at an excellent NCCPI score of 61.1. There is a good possibility that an irrigation system could be installed, with several others in the area, but no test holes have been attempted. Included in the sale are three, well protected, 6,000-bushel grain bins on site and they are currently being utilized. The farm is located about 7.45 miles directly west of Stella and about 3.5 miles north of Humboldt.
