The pasture is entirely free of volunteer trees, with all weeds controlled. It was lightly grazed in 2023, and possession is open for the 2024 season. This property has excellent deer, turkey, and moral mushroom hunting. It lies on the south side of Branched Oak Road, and from the north side of this parcel, a view of Branched Oak Lake & Recreation Area, which is only 4 miles to the east, can be seen. Additionally, parts of this parcel could be developed for residential housing and acreages, but this needs to be approved by the Seward County Zoning Commission.

Land Location:  From the Junction of Hwy 34 and Garland Rd (196th Rd) east of Seward, NE, go 3 miles north to Garland, continue north through Garland approximately 1 ¼ miles to Oak Glen Rd, then go right on Oak Glen Rd which turns into Ridge Road and curves back to the north.
