Description: This is a highly productive 100% cropland quarter. It’s located in the  Richfield-Ulysses association of upland loamy soils in Scott County. USDA/NRCS would classify all soils on this tract as 100% prime if irrigated. The soils and slopes are that good. As dryland, they are  type 2 & 3 soils. The land is unplanted and covered by prior crop wheat and milo residue. Immediate possession passes to the buyer at closing on or before May 17, 2024. If earlier access for spring field work is desired, this can be arranged by increasing the down payment from 10% to 25%. Taxes are prorated to the date of closing.

If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time on any tract, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes on all tracts.
