We use a mineral specifically made for us these heifers have been on by Midwest Livestock. It's a breeder mineral with rumensin for health and calf development. We have been developing and breeding heifers this way for 20+ years with cow longevity a top priority. These heifers will calve easy and keep condition after calving with very little help.
