This is the entire heifer crop and no replacements will be kept back so a great opportunity to incorporating some new genetics into your cow herd. They have run a closed cow herd for many years with an intense breeding program producing superior genetics. These calves were part of a cooperative program to market quality based replacements and herd bulls. The cows will average 1200 lbs, are deep bodied, good footed and produce excellent calves year after year. The calves were born in Mar-April, weaned in October for a 45-60 day wean. The estimated total weight on this group will be 42,300 lbs. A sample wt. will be taken a few days prior to the sale . They will need to be shipped the week of Dec 16th - 20th. There are 5 or 6 baldy or mott faced calves.
