The Schaeffer Ranch has spent 3+ years in a direct beef marketing program to consumers with several carcass ratings of Prime plus. You can go either way with these heifers and they will perform. After taking a sample weight this weekend we are confident they will average 870 lbs for a total weight of 15,000 lbs. and can be combined with the Miles Ranch heifers for a total estimated wt. of 32,000 pounds.
