This high-quality dryland farm lies flat to gently sloping has good gravel road access on the west side and is only ¾ miles off HWY 51. You’ll also have great access to market your grain with numerous local feeders along with ADM being just down the road. Possession is open for 2025.
The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on the total acres times the highest bid. The real estate agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.

You do not have to be present to bid online, but you must be available by phone.
BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days, beginning December 5, 2024, and ending December 19, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. This online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
