Shane Pettit and his family are 3rd generation ranching in the heart of the Sandhills. For the past 25 years Shane has focused on building a superb group of commercial Angus cows with an intense A.I. program. Many folks that look through the cows will comment, this herd is as good as some registered herds. Shane has incorporated genetics from the likes of Rishel Angus, Kraye Angus and Connealy Angus building a very maternal powerhouse cowherd with an emphasis on mothering ability, fertility, correct udder placement and longevity. Because of current market opportunities and the unknowns of the future Shane would like to offer up a nice group of young bred heifers and 4 YO cows.
