The Fink family is 4th generation in the central sandhills near Elsmere, Nebraska. They have spent decades building a Angus - Red Angus cowherd with influence of the Hereford breed from Scott's father who raised purebred Hereford cattle for their disposition and hardiness. The Finks continue the tradition of developing cows that work for a living that are functional, hearty, easy fleshing and quiet disposition.
