Description: This property consists of 110.48 irrigated acres, with the remainder being dryland corners. A cell tower and bin site in the northwest corner, has been surveyed off and will not be a part of this offering tract consisting of 3.01 acres in the northwest corner. Included is a 6-tower Zimmatic pivot, pivot panel box, electric motor, and main electrical panel box. This land is nearly level, and most of this cropland has Class 1A1 soils.
Current lease expires 12/31/23. Possession of land to Buyer will be 1/1/24.
The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on the total acres times the highest bid.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning Friday, July 21, 2023, and ending Friday, August 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
