    Description: Here is your chance to buy a quarter of farm ground that is a combination of dry crop ground and part pivot irrigated. The east side of the farm has a Model 2065 Reinke with drop nozzles bought new by the seller in 2004. There are 64.82 acres of certified water according to the Central Platte NRD in Grand Island. The corners on the east half are being farmed as dryland. The west half has 73.41 acres of dryland crop ground. There is a 6-acre grass/pasture portion in the NW corner. See FSA info and map in the additional resource section. There are 6 wells on the property and currently 4 are being used for irrigation. Water is pumped to the pivot point with a John Deere 4-cylinder diesel power unit. The current tenant says he has had ample water using this arrangement.     BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days, beginning October 24, 2024, and ending November 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
