According to the Butler County FSA there are 172.64 acres that are farmable, and the balance is in grass, trees and creek line. The property has excellent access, being right off Road 37, which is the Hwy that connects Bruno, NE, to David City, NE. Possession will be open for the 2025 crop year.
The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on total acres times the highest bid. Real Estate Agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.

Please come during the times scheduled to discuss the farm. BigIron Realty Representatives will be there to assist buyers with registering to bid online. You do not have to be present to bid online, but you are required to be available by phone.
BIDDIN GPROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning August 13, 2024, and ending August 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
