Seller Story
Lincoln Fetcher, who grew up on a cattle ranch in northwestern Colorado, has always been connected to the world of farming through his family's Farmall tractors. His favorite was the Farmall M, a machine that shaped his early years. In 2007, drawn by nostalgia, Lincoln purchased a 1957 Farmall 450 with a loader, which he drove 75 miles to his cabin near Brainerd, MN.Ultimately, Lincoln chose to donate the Farmall 450 to Farm Rescue, an organization dedicated to helping small family farms with volunteer support. Before the September 4 auction, he and his supporters made significant upgrades: new tires donated by Titan International, new rims from Miles Boatman, and a repaired loader cylinder sponsored by Ames Hydraulics. The tractor, lovingly maintained and updated, now represents Lincoln's commitment to both honoring his past and supporting the future of farming.
