Seller Story

Kiowa Red Angus The Norby Family has had a long tradition in the cattle business. In the early 80's and 90's they started acquiring Red Angus females from the Hagie's Haven Red Angus. Hagie's females were very much influenced by Beckton Red Angus Bulls. By the early 2000's Mike Norby had acquired several Red Angus cows going back to these two families and in 2007 established their own registered red angus herd known as Kiowa Red Angus. They are well known for their Heart of the Herd Production Female sale each year selling mature females. They are known for there docility, moderate frame, low maintenance, efficient, milking and adaptable females. There females have produced bulls that are not only providing quality maternal traits along with performance and carcass merit in the feedlot. With a recent kill sheet from Cargill the cattle graded 100% Choice and 33% Sterling Silver.
