These 28 Head Will Be Gate Cut Into 4 Groups Of 7 Pair. All These Home Raised Females Have Been Exposed To A Pharo Black Angus And Red Angus Bulls Since June 1st. This Dispersal Of The Spring Herd Is A Great Opportunity To Own Core Genetics Of The Morris Herd Due To Drought. These Cows Had Calves This Spring All Unassisted, And Are Self Sufficient Animals. An outstanding offering of 42 Red Angus Pairs from Missouri. S Bar Cattle decided to make the change into compact, moderate with easy fleshing ability cows about 15 years ago from Dusty Schaaf that has been utilizing Pharo genetics for decades. Over the years he has been focused on moderate, calving ease bulls to sire his offspring (Frame Score 5 or less). While in return having high efficient calves to bring pounds to the scale at weaning. The herd ranges from 1000-1200lb cows that work for him with easy conditioning and high fertility. No cow receives grain or supplementation after 2 years of age. This is a phenomenal opportunity to receive high quality genetics that usually is retained into a closed herd. Drought conditions hitting Missouri is the reason he has to part with a core part of his herd.
