Flat Iron Red Angus has been producing high quality, range ready bulls for over 25 years following in their father's footsteps with 45+ years in the seedstock and commercial cattle business. Cory and Katy's kids are the 4th generation raising purebred registered cattle with their parents. Their cowherd and bull battery goes back to Buffalo Creek Red Angus with an influence from R.A. Brown and more recently Green Mountain Red Angus of Montana. The focus has been on developing maternal, functional, phenotypically correct cattle that will work in many environments. Fertility, udder quality and disposition are a must without sacrificing performance and carcass merit.
