GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The farm is irrigated with a Zimmatic 7 tower FieldPLUS articulated pivot system that shows 6,426 hours on the meter. There is an irrigation well with a 40 hp US electric motor. The farm is currently in alfalfa. The 1.67 acre building site and .84 acre hay shed is not included.
