Tract 4: 127.66+/- Acres
Description: This127.66+/- acres has 112.55+/- acres of highly productive cropland, mostly ‘prime’ Belvue, Zeandale, and Kimo silt loams with 0-1% slopes. The cropland is all planted to corn and soybeans for the 2023 fall harvest. The seller retains the owner’s crop share of the 2023 growing crops and pays the 2023 property taxes. The non-cropland of 15.11+/- acres is primarily timber and ponds. The land is all within the Ogden city limits; it’s surveyed and platted into 196 taxable lots and streets.
