The home is in the NW Corner of the south ½ of the Chance ½ Section which is SW Qtr of S 24-T4-R18E, Texas County, Oklahoma. The home / acreage will be assigned a Parcel # with approximately 5 acres when the survey is completed and recorded. Mineral Rights, if any, will go to the Buyer.
