Tract #5: “The North 80 “
This tract is a total of 79.74 acres of gently rolling, smartly terraced crop ground. A survey has been done between these acres and the neighboring 80 acres to the east, and the boundary has been staked.
The two tracts are currently being farmed as one tract, with no definite line of demarcation. It was planted to corn in 2022. The tenant states that this dryland corn had an excellent yield in 2022.

The bidding increments will be $100/acre on Tracts 1 thru 5. Bidding increments will be $1000/acre on Tracts 6 & 7. The final sale price will be calculated based on the total acres times the highest bid. The real estate agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.
