Seller Story
Horst Fleckvieh Simmental from Northeast Missouri had their beginning with the Fleckvieh cattle breed in 2015, using Fullbloods on their Angus cows. We liked what we saw in the quality and performance of the Fleckvieh/Angus Cross and eventually transitioned to a 100% Full Blood Fleckvieh seedstock operation. The offering includes 2 Year Olds and Yearling Bulls that originate back to reputable Brink genetics. All the yearling bulls have DNA enhanced EPDs and are AI Qualified with the ASA. All have passed their semen evaluations in March. You are welcome to view on the farm on Saturday, March 23, or by appointment. Farm address: 49842 Elk Rd, Edina MO. Delivery arrangements are available, please call Harold for questions before the close of the sale - 660-341-0572. Don't hesitate to call! Call Harold- 660-341-0572 or Wilma- 660-341-3545, Thank You for the interest! Cross breeding with a superior sire. Heterosis or hybrid vigor is the only free thing you can expect in the cattle business. These benefits combine to increase the pounds of calf weaned per cow exposed to a bull by 15-25%. Increasing sire quality leads to higher weaning weights, post weaning weights growth, and improved marketability.Disclaimer
