    Please note: The seller has feed supplied until closing. Cattle in the feedyard are customer animals and will be there until their contracts with Kim Allemang are complete. The buyer will honor these commitments after closing and any money due during this period will be the buyers. The last batch will be there until approximately September 29, 2025. Closing is July 24, 2025.

    BigIron Realty Agents will be at the American Legion, in Neligh, NE, on June 19, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the online auction. Please come during the times scheduled to discuss the farm. BigIron Realty Representatives will assist buyers with registering to bid online. You do not have to be present to bid online, but you must be available by phone.

     

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning June 5, 2025, and ending June19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. central. This online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
